Practice Schedule

The Riptides pool practices are Monday and Friday afternoons from 1630-1800 at the CFAS indoor pool, and dry land practices are Wednesday afternoon from 16:30 to 17:30 and alternates between the matted room of the MB indoor gym and the group exercise room of the Hario gym.

Our season starts with the school year in August and ends in May.
